At Edgehill, your parents can take advantage of a full range of on-site long-term health care, including assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation or skilled nursing. Even if one spouse needs a higher level of care, they can stay together and receive the health services they each need, right at Edgehill. The Lifecare Advantage promises to care for residents for the rest of their lives without significantly increasing their monthly fees. Direct admittance is also accepted on a fee-for-service basis, when space is available.

Levels of Care
  • Signature Services at Home
  • Signature Services offers medication management for Independent Living residents who may need assistance taking their medication. Medication management services range from having a nurse pre-pour medication on a weekly basis to having a nurse administer medication as many times a day as prescribed by the doctor.

    This service also includes:

    • Monthly wellness checks by an RN
    • Comprehensive assessments by an RN every 4 months
    • Handling of all prescriptions and refilling of medication
    • Communicating with physicians and family members
    • Residential Care Aide Services

     

    Signature Services can also provide a Certified Nursing Assistant—or Residential Care Aide (RCA)—to Independent Living residents who need assistance with activities of daily living.

    Resident Choice Dining encourages residents to make their own meal choices using verbal and visual cues. As a result, every meal is an opportunity for achievement.

     Specially trained nursing staff

    Every Harbor staff member completes Benchmark’s COMPASS training program, which ensures our ability to provide residents with everything they need to feel secure, successful and, most importantly, comfortable.

    Housekeeping and laundry services, medication assistance and regular safety checks, scheduled transportation and mealtime monitoring, personal care and caregiver support groups—we deliver convenience, care and support, above and beyond expectations.

  • Edgehill’s nursing and rehabilitative care can make all the difference in experiencing a worry-free recovery. Unlike a stand-alone rehabilitation center, our nursing and rehabilitative care is conveniently integrated into the community and our continuum of care.                                                                                      

    Edgehill provides short-term rehabilitative care to our community. Non-residents can also take advantage of these services:
